Hamish leads Real Projects extensive experience across Tier 1 construction, residential building, and project management. He has delivered projects spanning strata, residential, and commercial sectors, with a focus on superintendency, contract administration, and client-side project management.
Hamish holds a Bachelor of Applied Science
(Construction Management) (Honours).
Hamish brings a strong sense of construction deliverables and management, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive clear communication, manage risks, and deliver transparent outcomes. His hands-on approach and detail-driven oversight have earned him strong relationships with strata managers, developers, and property professionals, ensuring projects are delivered with integrity and confidence.
Clay Alexander
Head of Delivery
Clay leads the Project Delivery function at Real Projects, bringing over eight years of industry experience across both on-site and client-side project management. He has worked closely with developers and private clients, guiding projects from early planning and design through to successful construction delivery.
Clay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science
(Construction Management) (Honours).
With a strong background in development management, he excels at coordinating consultants, managing budgets, and ensuring projects meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements. Known for his approachable style and attention to detail, Clay prioritises clear communication and accountability, consistently delivering successful project outcomes.
