Real Projects provides strata project management services designed to support Owners Corporations, Strata Managers, and Committees in planning and delivering building upgrades, maintenance works, and defect rectification projects.
Our role is to act as an independent representative, managing the process from initial investigation through to completion. We coordinate consultants, prepare tender documentation, assess contractor submissions, and oversee works on site to ensure all outcomes align with the Owners Corporation’s objectives for cost, quality, and safety.
We understand the unique challenges of strata projects, including the need to balance the interests of multiple owners, minimise disruption to residents, and maintain compliance with building regulations and insurance requirements. Our team ensures clear communication with all stakeholders and provides structured reporting so committees can make informed decisions with confidence.
Supported by our project management platform, LoopedIn, Real Projects provides complete visibility of project progress, approvals, correspondence, and documentation. This ensures transparency and accountability at every stage, giving Owners Corporations peace of mind that their building is being managed efficiently and professionally

Scope of Works & Documentation
Real Projects creates a detailed scope of works by reviewing preliminary documentation and conducting site investigations. This ensures all tasks are identified, facilitating accurate quotes, proposal comparisons and compliance with legislation.

Real Projects simplifies the tender process by providing a clear scope of works. We select three qualified builders, request their tenders, and choose the best based on price, timing, reputation and experience.

To reduce risks, Real Projects prepares contract documents that formalise agreements with the selected builder, protecting the OC’s interests and outlining essential project details like schedule, cost, and payment terms.
