Our role is to act as an independent representative of the client, overseeing the contractor’s performance and ensuring works are completed to the required quality, within the agreed timeframe, and in line with contractual obligations. We manage progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and defect rectification processes with a structured and impartial approach that upholds the integrity of the contract.
We focus on establishing clear lines of communication between all stakeholders, promoting collaboration while maintaining independence in decision-making. Our methodology ensures that issues are identified early, risks are managed proactively, and documentation is kept accurate and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
With experience across residential, commercial, and local government projects, Real Projects takes a holistic approach, combining a deep understanding of design coordination, construction delivery, and practical completion processes. Development Management

Our role is to act on behalf of the client or developer to plan, coordinate, and manage every stage of the development process. We oversee feasibility analysis, site due diligence, design management, consultant engagement, planning approvals, procurement, and delivery, maintaining control over cost, time, and quality outcomes.
We take a proactive and commercially minded approach, ensuring risks are identified early and managed effectively. This includes developing detailed project plans, tracking key milestones, and ensuring that financial and contractual commitments align with overall project objectives.
